Inform customer of product's origin

I have unsubscribed from all ORCA promotions as I will NEVER again purchase from a company with such bad customer service. I ordered 4 KTC’s and a soft cooler during what I believed to be promotion. I didn’t realize I was placing my order past midnight, in turn the promotion had ended. I emailed their customer service in order to cancel my order or obtain a price adjustment as I wanted to take advantage of the promotion. I was told I couldn’t get a price adjustment as the promotion was over and couldn’t cancel at that time. I had to wait for my shipment to arrive and then return it. As I waited for my shipment to arrive I saw they had the same promotion going on. I emailed ORCA customer service once again and was told I could not get a price adjustment. When I was going to return the items I was told there was a restocking fee! This was my first time order and definitely my last.

Never delivered.

Tracking says it was damaged in shipping. Emailed you guys with the order number and have not heard anything. Can’t give a review on something I don’t have.

The company failed to honor their warranty, contrary to the advertisement, which I believe is fraudulent. They did offer to have me return the item, but it would have been better if they just honored their warranty. The images were pretty clear between what I have and what the advertised product were, and not in question that it was a manufacturing defect.
