Cooler was a warranty replacement. CS Rep was excellent. The challenge was the warranty process on a cooler less than a week old. Initially a drain plug was sent, but the sweating problem persisted. Additional pictures we sent, then once approved, I had to drill holes in the top and send more pictures. I live less than 45 minutes from the Nashville facility, I could have driven it there faster than having following this process. Thanks for asking.
