My items took 10 days to get to me . I never got any updates on what was happening with my order .i had to get amazon involved. My order was for no bow bandages. Good thing I did not need them . But the bandages were very nice .

I purchased a bit in mid to late March, and it didn’t arrive till after I’d called twice and sent an email. The bit finally arrived three weeks after purchasing it.

Daughter received gift tokens for birthday. Ordered products to the value of $73.00 and cost additional $10 to ship. Mislead by FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS* message which is only US orders evidently. Ordered 10 Feb and notified on 1Mar19 that have additional £21.32 in taxes to pay. Turned out to be an expensive order. Would not have used had it not been for the gift token and certainly recommending relatives not to use again!

I ordered a half pad for Christmas and am still waiting for it. I find it hard to believe that the pad I ordered has not been in stock at their store from December to February. Not a happy customer.

I bought some gloves totally expecting them to be good for riding ,as well as, providing warmth. They were not riding gloves. One stop equine refused to pay the postage for return.
