It took almost 1month to recieve this product....only to send it back because I thought it would be warmer..

Too big. Want to return them. No response from company. Telling everyone at the barn

I am afraid the customer service was very bad.

I ordered two items and a month later I still didn't have them; spoke to customer service and never heard back; had to make another call to get follow up. Finally received one half of my item but not the other. After calling a third time, I received the second half of my order the next day. I'm still waiting on a second order that I placed nearly a month ago. Still haven't received notice that of whether or not it's been shipped or not. Customer service was friendly, but the time I've waited for my orders is ridiculous. I won't be shopping here again. :-(

Placed order 12/8 for Christmas. Confirmed with tracking # on 12/14. NEVER RECEIVED ORDER. No updated tracking info. Company does not answer emails, phone calls during supposed “business hours”’or voice mails. I believe this company is a FRAUD - BEWARE!!
