Took them months to fill my order, then when it came it was not complete but they charged me for everything. I called and found that they could not ship the missing breaches- very low on customer service, no communication

Ordered Omega one oil for my horses on May 6th. Had to call and figure out why my product had not arrived yet. Had not been shipped. Arrived over a month later. 😒

Not happy

I was so eager to order from one stop equine shop because they took Apple Pay and to me that was an amazing feature..... but, after I place my order I was told that it would take about a week to come. After a week of patiently waiting, my package didn’t arrive, so I waited another week. Still didn’t come. Then I contacted one stop equine shop via phone and emails MULTIPLE times yet I got a response that the product that I ordered TWO WEEKS AGO was out of stock. Well, at this point I was upset that they didn’t tell me sooner, so I let them know how I would like this situation to be handled and it didn’t. I finally got my product. Even though I enjoy it, I most likely won’t be ordering from one stop equine shop again.

Bad! Ordered adult pants got child’s. Rep said JR is children. Not in retail clothing. There is children, junior and women’s sizes. Want refund. Chaps ridiculous. Ankle area 6 “ too wide. Want refund. Paid $14 for shipping back
