Continous customer calling!

I ordered 2 brow bans for my horse , received one but a month later still waiting for the other. So sad because the product fits well and is a beautiful addition to my bridle!

Your online customer is terrible. If I didn't complain to PayPal, I'd probably still be waiting for my refund.

Unbelievably awful service

I ordered a girth a month ago... I still do not have a girth. I emailed two weeks after ordering the girth and got no reply. After three weeks I’m notified it is delivered... to the wrong address. I call and tell them I just want a refund at this point because it won’t be here in time for the show I needed it for. They tell me they will call back and put the full refund in the next day. Two weeks later I still have no girth or refund or phone call OR email. I call again and they say they will ship out the girth and I ask for a discount otherwise I just want my money back , after assuring me of a discount... I hang up and get a notification that I am getting refunded a whole... $12. Yep. A $134 purchase and a month of dealing with their errors and I am getting a $12 discount (that is less than a 9% discount). If I could give them zero stars, I would. I’ve never dealt with such an impeccably awful customer serviced business. I will never do business here again.

Extremely slow and unresponsive

I ordered a bit mid July and needed it by late August for a show. When it didn't show by mid August I called and left a message. When I didn't hear back in a couple of days I emailed them. Still no response. I called a second time (all 3 times explaining that i needed it soon for a show) and still no response. I finally got the bit at the very end of August a week after my show. I won't be ordering from them again.

Worst company ever.

I received this product in the mail that I had ordered. It came in the wrong size, the wrong color, and there was no shipping invoice paper to return, nor were there any paperwork attached inside this plastic bag that came with just my product in it. I've tried to return the product by calling the company, several times, more than three. No one ever answers the phone ever, I've left four messages urgent messages, and no one has ever gotten back to me it's been over a month now since I've been contacted. All I wanted to its return the stupid fly mask and get the right size and I'm not getting anywhere with this company. I will never ever ever ever I get water from One Stop equine shop, buyers beware.
