My item has not shipped after 3 weeks. No response to emails

Hi, I haven't received my order yet! Could you please investigate? Regards Chrissy

The product worked fine. However it took a month for it to come in and when I asked about shipping and wanting a refund, it miraculously decided to ship.

It did not arrive complete

Shipping took months....and only one of the products I ordered arrived, with no response to my second item yet. I believe they think my order has been completed but it has not.
