Bad experience, never again!
Let me start by pointing out the rubbish I've dealt with on this order.
First email 9/18, 5 business days after purchase. The reply states 3 to 5 business days from date of order to process the purchase. This is your policy.
Second email 9/24, 8 business days from purchase date. Reply states the same 3-5 business day processing with the following:
"The recent crisis has caused unforeseen disruption in our ability to fulfill orders in a timely fashion as we re-organized our facilities and staff shipping is delayed.
Third email 9/30, going into 12th business day now says waiting for shipment to come in.
So the items aren't in stock this entire time?
This is poor business on your part.
Please be assured that as a member of the IDCTA and USEF, I will pass the word on of this bad experience with FOAL LLC/ ONE STOP EQUINE.
