Ordered on November 5 says shipper picked up November 9. According to tracking it has never made it to USPS for delivery. I got an auto receipt from Foal, LLC. I have sent 2 emails to them and have yet to get a reply or my item. It is now November 22.

I've been waiting a month and still haven't received my order. Both items were listed as being "in stock" so I'm not sure why it's taking so long. Of course they have already taken my money but I have yet to receive my order.

I still haven’t received my item and I ordered it over 3 weeks ago. Unable to get anyone from customer service to pick up the phone or call back from a voicemail

still waiting for my order and it has been at least 3 weeks since I placed it. I was told they were looking into it but that was 6 days ago and I have not heard back. I sent another inquiry yesterday and am still waiting.
