I ordered a noseband on

I ordered a noseband on the 13th of January. I received an email stating it had shipped. It has never arrived and my card was charged. I called customer service and never got an answer. Left a message and they emailed me saying they were having trouble in the warehouse and it hasn’t shipped. Hopefully I will get a better answer this week or maybe the item will show up. Otherwise I will dispute with credit card company.

I ordered stirrups 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t shipped out. And if I don’t send an email requesting information about my order, I would hear nothing from the company. I just cancelled the order.

My order never shipped and

My order never shipped and I was never notified that there was a “warehouse delay” until I contacted them inquiring about my order. They continued to string me a long with “it’s shipping at the beginning on next week” a few more weeks. It never did. I canceled my order and was refunded.

Ordered November 20th and still haven't received tough1 toy. Despite contacting them twice and getting reassurances twice I still haven't received it.

Poor service and shipping

My first and probably last order is still pending after 18 days!! It's a small order and probably doesn't really matter to them. They've had my money for 18 days also. When I inquire about my order, they keep responding with a generic response. I'm really not sure if I'll ever receive my item.
