Product was fine, in-stock/shipping time information totally absent from site.
From placing the order to receiving a shipping notification was just shy of 3 weeks. When I called prior to shipping to find out why there was a delay I was told that the manufacturer/supplier was behind due to the holidays. Since we didn't need the item right away we just waited, but now that I know that this site doesn't seem to hold any inventory and is simply a reseller that orders products when items are ordered from their site I will likely take my business elsewhere as most of the time I simply cannot wait that long. It also took multiple attempts to get in touch with someone when trying to find out the status/delay of my order. If items are not stocked and are only shipped to the customer once the site orders and receives the product the customer ordered then this info should be spelled out clearly on the website so customers know what to expect. If no inventory is held then all items should show 'Not in stock.'
