Still waiting on product for over 30 days?

Have not received order nor was contacted

It’s been a month since I ordered and my item still has yet to ship. And now, I’m being asked to review my product and my ordering experience? It’s generally best practice to ship an item before asking for a review.

It’s been a month and still have not received my order.

It has been a month since I placed my order. My shipping date was over 3 weeks ago. The item is still sitting in the warehouse. I was already charged for this item and I have no idea if they will ever actually send it to me.
