The product has not arrived and the tracking says it has not been sent to USPS yet although I ordered it on Nov 18

Still have not heard about my order #15765, ordered it the 1st week of November, UPS says they haven’t received it. It’s the first time I have ordered from you and am not happy

The standard shipping time was 3-5 days from receipt of order which I don't understand. It ended up taking longer than that and there was no proactive communication. I had to ask what was going on. I ordered from another shop the same day and recieved my order before this even shipped. The product's arrived fine, but took way to long with little explanation other than they had issues. I would not order from a company whose standard practice was to ship in 3-5 business days unless I had no other options.

Both times I have ordered the items take weeks to arrive. Still have not received update on leash stuck in shipping mode.
