Took entirely too long for you to ship. If you want my online business you need to get things moving faster.

The collars are wonderful but gave two stars because it took a month to receive the order. I wouldn’t order from this company again simply because the shipping took so long.

It took nearly THREE FULL WEEKS for my one little item to arrive. So that’s very poor service and so I wouldn’t order from them again.

Extremely slow shipping, it took over a month to receive with no updates as to the status of my order.

I understand that shipping may be delayed due to COVID, but not shipping for a month??? I ordered on 8/14 and the item was shipped on 9/10. The product that was ordered was as expected.
