I still haven’t received my shipment! Over 2 weeks still sitting at a pick up location.

Did not deliver as promised. Had to cancel order as was advised by customer service the company was having staffing issues. Should advise customers buying online of potential delays. Order did not work out for xmas gift I had planned. Poor communication.
