Quick to communicate, but still have not received order

I would have checked the "terrible" star, but since I have finally received 1 of the 2 items I ordered, and at least received a response to my inquiry to a mobile message I sent, I'll give it a "bad" rating.

Ordered item an Amigo hood on Jan 16th 2022 and it still has not arrived. It said it was in stock and then told it was not. It finally has a tracking number but has been sitting at same point for a week. Very unhappy!!

I was so pleased to find this then most disappointed when the wrong size was sent. My 17.1 horse needs a L/ XL. Cob size arrived

It has been almost a month and I have not yet read my product. I had to order one from another company, as my horse needed the shoulder guard!
