material defective but return would cost too much -not expensive item Shopping and promptness of order good.

I ordered on December 9th with their guarantee that if ordered before December 14th my order would make it before Christmas. Half of my order shipped immediately. My other half I heard no word on until I reached out a week later. They said I would get it in a couple days. A few more days pass and I reach out again, still hadn't shipped, they didn't even have them in inventory. I ended up getting them 3 days after Christmas, and the only reason they get three stars is the fact that they gave me free stuff because it didn't ship in time.

Never received my product, never received any emails due to it being on backorder. They did refund me my money

I have not got my order yet. Just for a point of reference it is now 5/16/2022.
