Most of the products are quite expensive compared to other websites

The spurs and straps themselves are nice and as expected. My order did however take a while to get as it was lost in transit. It was however replaced and sent in separate packages. All in all I'm happy with the product.

Wished it came quicker and that I didn’t have to call for size charts

After waiting almost 2 weeks for my order I called and was told by the woman that answered the phone she didn't know what happened to my order but would call me back. I never received a call back but did receive my order a few days later. There's no email communication or order confirmation. Although I do love the product!
