You are asking for me to review a product that I have not yet received! Package has not yet been delivered. I honestly don’t think that it’s your company’s fault, however. As expected, postal delivery is very slow!

was happy to find the Baucher bit I was looking for, and shopping on the site was relatively easy, but delievery took considerably longer than expected.

The ordering was easy but it took over 3 weeks to get my product. Customer service was friendly and prompt when I contacted them about the delay which was positive and I think with Covid the delay was longer than typical but still seemed excessive. The product was as expected once I received it. I will probably try ordering from them again but would prefer if there is going to be a delay they be proactive and let the customer know that upfront.

Great products and pricing. I've ordered two different times and both times--the process between order and shipping out is more than 1 week.
