I ordered two items together. One has arrived and the other item has not. Not very helpful in locating where it’s at other than it’s on the way.

I ordered an item just after Thanksgiving. The shipping status still reads "on way to usps facility". No timeframe insight.

Order was great and as expected. Delivery was delayed.

Products are good quality. Communication unfortunately was not as good. I would definitely recommend keeping on top of your order and contacting customer service as they did not keep me in the loop. I had to reach out to them.

I love the girth but I wasn’t thrilled with how long it took to get it.
