All over a poor service. Delayed. I had to spend time chasing the item I won’t be using you again

So far unable to track my item using # given. Without this I can't know if it will arrive in time for xmas. Would be happy to update the review after feedback from customer service

I have not even received my order yet. In the first email I was told I would receive another email when the order entered the country of origin to track it. I did not receive any of this.
