Very disappointed. Had ordered new shorts for the county final and they were 10 days coming after having them within 2 days on my previous order. Ended up arriving after the final. Very inconsistent with deliveries

Hello, We received a notice that the above order was shipped and left the UK on July 19 but we have not received. Tracking number is RS822520614GB. Could you please investigate and advise when we can expect delivery. Thank you, Christina Batty
