Not happy with our order, still haven't got what we originally wanted.

My wife bought me a jersey for my birthday but put wrong size on by mistake, she had it personalised, it cost her £60 and we can't swap it , guy on phone was no help, said more or less hard luck , we don't have much money and live in Isle of Man , we just travelled home today for my birthday and she gave me top , it's a disgrace that a simple mistake has cost us £60 and we have a top that's no good to us and I think it's really wrong , that's me finished with oneills , I'm totally gutted

Have not received product. How does one receive a refund for said products undelivered.

Ordered on the 31st March 2019, today is the 22nd April and still no sign of delivery?
