I received two emails on consecutive days saying delivery was complete. Tried to track on site and got an error msg. Called my FFL and confirmed that it had not been delivered. I had taken the day off to drive the 30 miles to pick up. Omaha responded with sorry, It will be there Monday. FFL closed on Mondays. I have purchased a lot of guns online. This was my worst experience. Not likely to use your company again.

Item appeared to used, vertx pack came with no factory tags, all vertx items do, factory package was ripped open with the packing slip from Omaha placed inside, there was what appeared to be dog hair all over the pack. What disappointed me most, after emails where said and done, I was made to feel like (I don’t believe you, your wrong and you will have to pay) when asked why the 5% restocking fee and the shipping will be deducted from my refund for a almost $200 pack that appeared to be used, I was told, thats why I didn’t charge you 15% restocking fee and on top of that it can take a month to be refunded. Very nice pack but I will not be doing business or will not recommend this site. The customer service manager need re-education on the the customer service part of his employment.

Two orders have been lost in transit with UPS.

Confirmed my order and never received information until my was deposited back to my acct stating they were out of inventory. Saddened

Horrible company. This is the beginning of my reviews online which will be abundant. Defective firearm improperly discharged in my face on the 5th round and they will take no accountability for the sale. Stove piping, jamming, improper discharge, not ejecting. Multiple types of ammunition. DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE - LACKING ETHICAL DISPOSITION AND TOTAL LACK OF CONCERN FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS - DONT BECOME ONE!
