Incomplete order

My order advertised 3 mags with the Sig P365. I only received 2 mags. I have sent 2 emails to Omaha Outdoors to try and get this rectified put with no response.

Ordered Springfield Hellcat

I probably will not order with you all again. You showed you had a hellcat so I ordered it. Then later you sent me an email saying you needed more billing information which I had allready provided. So I called and gave the information. Then waited a couple of weeks while the order was being processed. Then I get and email saying they were refunding my money so I suppose you did not have the gun in the first place. I am going to big R they are good people to work with.

Impossible to get ahold of

Impossible to get ahold of anyone during working hours. No one responds to contact us email. Review of item purchased maybe possible if I ever receive it.

Steiner dbal 3 IR laser

Shipping was quick! Received package on 1/31/20. Called customer service on 2/03/20 to see how to return product for exchange due to the control switch being loose. Customer service said I would have to send product to Steiner for repair! They would not allow me to even send in for credit toward another product! After spending over 30 minutes on hold with Steiner I discovered that this laser was manufactured February 2018! I purchased it during the Steiner sale and not from the clearance corner section. So on top of loose switch You sent me a 2 year old unit! Not Happy!!!
