Excellent product backed up with first class service

The Cocoon breeze awning we bought has been a great success. We have just had a major storm / drenching on the banks of Lake Garda and it handled it superbly.

Purchased a Coccon Breeze awning and extension plus a wind break. The products are amazing quality and so we’ll thought through. We went on our first outing to Camper Calling a few weeks ago and the weather was atrocious. Our tent remain stable and bone dry, unlike our friends Vango Airbeam which leaked like a sieve. We had a small tear on one of the bedrooms so I spoke to Olpro who sent a new one out straight away no fuss. Our friends are having no joy with their issues with Vango!!. Everything seems so well thought through and designed. We are very impressed.

One of the two mugs I ordered actually arrived chipped so I contacted Olpro. I spoke to Paul who apologised profusely and said would it be ok if he sent two more mugs to me,. I was more than happy to accept. They have both arrived safely this time. Thank you Olpro for your outstanding customer service.
