Really fab, delighted with them. BUT they arrived in bubble wrap! So much for my attempts to go plastic-free!

Hi Olpro I wanted to submit a review because I feel that we received exceptional service from your company. Myself, my other half and my daughter had just started a 2 week camping holiday in Scotland where the plan was to visit 3-4 remote islands. We set our awning up at the first camp site on the Island of Arran and on the second night it rained. To our horror it rained 'inside' our awning, we had a very big problem on our hands. We had very little internet connection if any and nowhere to go and buy a new awning without travelling back in to England. We tried Amazon but they were unable to tell us where we could arrange to pick up from. Olpro came to our rescue and with one phone call we arranged a location to pick up which was on our route. I can't emphasise enough how fantastic it was to have the problem sorted which meant that we could carry on with our holiday with peace of mind. We collected the awning and it has been fantastic. We're going to be getting in touch to see if you can throw some light on the best way to strap the awning to a VW T4 but other than that we're very happy. Thanks Olpro for excellent service and a great product.

Really great product with superb customer service!

I recently bought 2 wind breaks from OLPRO the service and products are both great. One of the bags did get slightly damaged during transit, but they happily sent a replacement bag out straight away for me so I was very pleased. We have used the wind breaks now in fairly high wind and they worked perfectly they are very good qulity. Very Pleased !

This is the second one we have purchased and we are very happy with the quality.
