I have received exceptional customer care. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the products I was sent. I really hoped the float would be exactly what I needed for my grandbabies but if they don't hold air I cannot trust them. If the products get upgraded I would probably try again even though the process was physical and time consuming.

Shipped perfectly and packaged great but arrived damaged. Hope company fixes it

You really need to figure out how these can stay locked into place. The 1st set was lost because we went underway and forgot they were attached. I had bought them when they first came out and they did not have the warning inside the box. The second set came off while I was tied up at a dock for a while. The water was pretty choppy that day and when I came back from lunch both were gone. One completely came off and the second one in the pair had the top cap piece still on the wall, but plastic strap must of have just given way and they either floated out or someone else picked them up. On my third set now. This box came with the warning in about driving with them on, so that will not happen again. Hopefully, the third time is the charm!

Product arrived with a hole and no glue to fix it. Very disappointed that we carried it 8 hours to use for Memorial Day weekend. Finally got the glue and will attempt to patch. Maybe after $750 and three weeks, will be able to use it.
