My order came in with none of the spray tops.

Let me say I have tons of Mission products and really enjoyed them. I had a small issue with an order. I received on the weekend and the customer service line only operates during the week. No problem. I decided to email. I wrote my email and tried to submit. The email would not send unless I checked a box agreeing to receive produce information email. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I can’t resolve a customer service issue unless I agree to advertising I don’t want. This is a terrible way to treat a loyal customer in my opinion.

I received the updated clips and changed them out as instructed. They were tight after I mounted them onto the tri-toon but they ultimately failed. Under idle speed they were fine, however when we throttled up a little the back two fenders got knocked off. If this can’t be corrected I’ll want to return them for a full refund. If the problem is on my end I’ll gladly make the adjustments/corrections and keep them. I love the idea of not having to take them off but I’ll have to return them if they can’t be improved.
