Staff was helpful. Was a bit difficult getting updated nuts and crush washers. Had to buy 10 nuts and 20 washers.

The part is great. Shipping could be a little faster though.

Product is great, BUT I had an issue when ordering my spring and ended up ordering the wrong one. Not only did I pay around $16 for shipping, I LOST another $16 to ship it back. Didn’t like that at all now I’m down $32 for a product that cost $37.

What size hardware do I need? The last customer service rep failed to help me at all.
