Product is great, BUT I had an issue when ordering my spring and ended up ordering the wrong one. Not only did I pay around $16 for shipping, I LOST another $16 to ship it back. Didn’t like that at all now I’m down $32 for a product that cost $37.

What size hardware do I need? The last customer service rep failed to help me at all.

There was somewhat of a lack of responsiveness from Marzocchi during the purchase process.

Shock spacers are difficult to determine how many of what is needed. After realizing I need two “kits” your out of stock till aprill and had to order from lost co.

Longer stroke "metric" shocks are being used on bikes now and come with the same "medium" tunes when purchased aftermarket. These are over-damped in most of the metric applications, where the bikes are now "lower leverage".
