Took a week to ship. Missed being able to use it in a race.

Sent me a defective fork which I found out the first ride, now you want me to send it in for service. Can't believe a reputable company like you would sent out junk and let your customer take your mess up on the chin. Horrible customer service. Will be passing along my experience and will not be buying from you again.
