I bought my Malkoff flashlight years ago, and it’s been through a lot. I work in law enforcement here in Ohio, and I’ll admit — I’ve been pretty rough on this light. I didn’t invest in a proper holster at first, so it’s been dropped more times than I can count. Despite that, it’s still going strong. On the few occasions it needed a fix, I sent it back to Malkoff and had it returned within a week or so, working like new — and always at no charge. I recently picked up another set of the 18650 Li-ion rechargeable cells (3500mAh). This is actually my second set. The first ones are still going and hold a charge for a good while. Gene and his team treat me like family. Maybe it’s just that Southern hospitality, but whatever it is — I really appreciate it. I highly recommend Malkoff products. They’ve proven to be tough, reliable, and built for the long haul — just like this career. Less than a year and a half to retirement, and I’ll still be depending on Malkoff lights long after.
