Good looking bikes with multiple design flaws

See my review. Too much work to find a part. Meaningless shipping statuses and incorrect addressing lead to having the part almost shipped back RTS. Luckily I was able to catch it before it went and worked with the Post Master. Parts should be easier to find.

The bike is absolutely amazing!!!! As far as customer service, I rate two stars. I called magnum customer service to get help with setup and was to they’d call me back. No one ever called me back
