First let me say that
First let me say that everyone was very nice and helpful however there is an issue with the process in accountability. From the Magnum website I chose to get the bike delivered to the closest affiliated bike shop fully assembled. It was still over an hour away from my house. When I got there the front light didn’t work. I’m not sure they even checked it, and if they did and didn’t tell me that’s even worse. I found the issue doing my own Ops test. There is an issue with the casing I guess, but either way it doesn’t work like it should. The mechanic said there was nothing he could do because they are not an authorized dealer, and suggested I go through the warranty process. Obviously this is frustrating because I spent a lot of money on a new bike for my wife and there are already issues with it, before I have even taken it out the door. If Magnum is going to endorse (and charge) outside bike shops to assemble their products I strongly recommend requiring an Ops test prior to customer pick up. Now I have to deal with this issue when it should be on the company to sell a bike that is fully functional. Honestly I love the bike. My wife loves it, it is unfortunate that I had this issue.
