Was unable to buy the bike at the store. Nobody was able to help me with getting financing set up. Had to do it myself online and have the bike assembled elsewhere.

The bike shipped fast and arrived as expected. It was packaged well and arrived with damage only to packing materials (not the bike or parts). No manual or assembly instructions were included, and none for this model are available on the company website. We found a video of another bike with similar components in order to assemble the bike. However, I received a bike with different accent color than ordered, and the wrong seat (it's supposed to be suspension and is not). Three attempts to contact the company (2 emails, one phone message) have gone unanswered other than an automatic email reply asking me to allow 24 hours for them to review and respond. That was 7 days ago.

First let me say that

First let me say that everyone was very nice and helpful however there is an issue with the process in accountability. From the Magnum website I chose to get the bike delivered to the closest affiliated bike shop fully assembled. It was still over an hour away from my house. When I got there the front light didn’t work. I’m not sure they even checked it, and if they did and didn’t tell me that’s even worse. I found the issue doing my own Ops test. There is an issue with the casing I guess, but either way it doesn’t work like it should. The mechanic said there was nothing he could do because they are not an authorized dealer, and suggested I go through the warranty process. Obviously this is frustrating because I spent a lot of money on a new bike for my wife and there are already issues with it, before I have even taken it out the door. If Magnum is going to endorse (and charge) outside bike shops to assemble their products I strongly recommend requiring an Ops test prior to customer pick up. Now I have to deal with this issue when it should be on the company to sell a bike that is fully functional. Honestly I love the bike. My wife loves it, it is unfortunate that I had this issue.
