Bad - One bike was dinged and the box had been opened prior to shipment. I was supposed to get a call/email. 2 days now, no call/email.(I missed it if there was one) Headlight cable bad. Warranty page fails to let me submit my information. Inadequate information pertaining to assembly about the wiring harness location and hookup. Lastly, you started a giveaway days after my purchase. Just my luck eh? Good - 2nd bike has been without issue. Love the bikes! It all appears to have been well thought out and the quality seems to be top notch. Performs well!

Shipping kept getting pushed back. They arrived in good shape. The front fenders rub the tires on both bikes some, and we haven't figured the adjustment for it yet. Replacement part- for new bike, is not being overnight shipped which I think they should have done . One bike was missing the motor start button, which makes starting it rather difficult. Just hope putting that part on the bike isn't difficult but it is more then just the start button that they are sending so it may prove interesting.

Had some miscommunication with customer service more than once.
