Box arrived damaged and 2 parts were bent, finders scratched up and chain off. I think the bikes should be package better where the back tire is. That's where the two parts that were bent.

About a week to initially respond. But quick shipment once engaged

Arrived without the necessary hardware said to come with it. Went through changes waiting to get attn. To it, but once got message was very Prompt in response and handled it very well. Only took a few extra days.

There was a mistake in the delivery address, but fortunately it was resolved.
