I am very pleased with my new mats. It is a beautiful design and lovely quality. As an instructor I need a good mat and this one grips really well. The bag it comes with is also really good with an easy two way zip that goes around to make it easy to get the mat in and out. Also a comfy shoulder pad. Everything is so well considered and I'm happy to recommend.

SIDENOTE: I didn't return my mat because I wasn't satisfied; I returned it because I bought it by mistake while buying two other mats as gifts.

Great service, Good value for money, Excellent quality. A good mat makes a big difference to me for stability and comfort during yoga and floor bases exercises.

This is my third Liforme mat. My first one is slowly starting to lose its grip (got it back in 2021 or 2022). My other is a travel mat. Since my main mat is starting to lose its grip I went ahead and bought this one. The hardest decision really, is what color and pattern to get.
