Great product, I loved it, but I didn´t expect less. What blew my mind was the client service: I exchanged a mat I bought for a different one (it was a present and the person wanted another design) and talking to Roslyn was very helpful. I changed my opinion mid-process and still everything went great.
Only thing I didn´t like was 20€ restocking cost, which I find a bit high and doesn´t depend on the product (mat or mat cleaner, both cost the same).
