Service: The service was great. The customer service representative was helpful and responsive. They answered all of my questions and were patient with me. Report: The report was not very user friendly. The majority of helmets listed were unpopular helmets. The report was a PDF that contained a screenshot of an HTML table. This made it difficult to read and navigate because you can't filter. Accuracy: The report was not very accurate. If the helmet size was off, it did not tell me how much it was off or why it was off. This made it difficult to choose the right helmet size. Overall: Overall, I was not satisfied with the report. The service was great, but the report was not user friendly or accurate. I would not recommend this service to others.

This is a good service and well worth the price. The report came very fast after I submitted it. More than anything it gives you and idea of what helmets to not even consider. There were a few helmets I was interested in that were not on the report. Understandably, they can't have every helmet listed. I did buy an Arai Ram X and an Arai XD4 for intermediate to long oval head. The chart said they both were in range. As always, you do need to try helmet on. My wife needs a new helmet now and I will submit her measurement in to see what comes up. I do recommend Lid Pickers.

Very pleased with how easy it was and the list given with one exception and that was the LS2 was missing from the list and is a helmet I am interested in. Would have loved to know if it is even an option. The results did confirm a few things about the helmets I’ve had in the past. A long oval head is a pain to fit.

I rated the service 4 stars, as I haven't purchased a helmet yet. I received the kit in less than a week. The process was pain free, the directions supplied with the measuring kit were very concise and clear. The process for submitting your measurements, likewise easy with quick turnaround for receiving your tailored report. The report allowed me to quickly narrow down what my 1st helmet purchase will be using the service.

I have a funny shaped head apparently, and my last experience finding a helmet that fit cost me a lot of time and money. So I was THRILLED this service existed. I suggest taking all of the measurements 3 times because the numbers can be variable. Based on the results I had very few models to choose from, which confirmed my funny shaped head theory. I would up buying a helmet much larger than I have before, and just swapped out the cheek pads and I have a helmet that fits without an immediate headache. I was able to check the list of the discontinued helmets and was pleased to find that my old helmet was on there as a good fit. So that confirms the service works. My wife was due for a new helmet as well, and she got the helmet she wanted with no problems. I took off a star because interpreting the results is not easy. I am used to working with large datasets and having to constantly rate one attribute based on the values of attributes. I still found this confusing! Having the shape of the helmet in green doesn't mean it will fit, because you have to consider 2 other parameters as well. Nevertheless, the other info they provide is essential. I can't afford the the $500+ helmets so it was easy to rule those out, and I was only looking for a full face with an internal sun visor.
