Item never arrived and LeadOut does not respond to emails.

No delivery of my items after 4-6 weeks

Haven’t received my order. Order placed in August, told it was shipped Oct 1st, it’s not Oct 16th and still no order. Cs hasn’t responded to my emails either

Bag is great, service is appalling. Bag is rugged, packs tight, does the job. Which is why I ordered it for my friend's birthday to be used in a 100k mountain bike race. I ordered 9/8, and did see the warning that item would not ship until mid-september. No problem. Race was 10/12. When it had still not shipped by 9/22, I sent an email asking for an ETA. When it had still not shipped 9/30, I sent another email asking for ETA. Shortly after a label was created. Super. When 10/8 came and it had still not been shipped, I sent an email telling them to cancel the order because it would not arrive in time. It shipped 10/9, arrived on 10/11, after he had left to travel to the race. I have still not received a reply from the three emails I sent, but I sure did get an email asking for a review, so here it is.

I received a bag that does not fit my bike. It says clearly in the purchase terms that if you need to make a return to reach out. I’ve emailed both your helpdesk and your info desk and I’ve heard nothing. . please rpsomd to my emails.
