Horrible customer service. Avoid

I placed my order as soon as I was notified that the straps were back in stock. Disappointment when I opened the package to find that the 2 keepers were missing. I emailed customer service twice and have yet to receive a reply. I'm pretty disappointed to have a strap that I can't use and by being ignored (twice) by customer service, especially given how much money I previously spent on lead out products.

I was shipped the wrong item. After contacting Leadout, they offered to send me the right product and let me keep the other product for free. This sounded great, but unfortunatly they never sent me the item I ordered.
