Waste of time

Never heard back from you regarding my faulty pair.

These pads are so unbelievably awful please nobody buy them.

Quality is not good and color of the face metal didn't match what was picked.

Placed order online and received a confirmation, only to receive an email a couple days later canceling the order due to no lounger available. Need better inventory control. Delayed the purchase by a week.
