Horribly experience all around. We bought a helmet that came with a defective strap. We have tried calling, chatting, emailing, and requesting email responses to get a replacement sent. And have been flat out ignored this entire time.
I will not purchase from lax.com again. They sent a defective product, have outrageous return fees that I wish I would have caught before ordering, and crappy customer service.
