Customer service has been top notch! It is clear Kokopelli cares about my satisfaction. I wish other companies treated their customers like this. Tristan and Zach were amazing following up on an issue I had with my first kayak and making sure everything was perfect. I couldn't be more satisfied!

The service at Kokopelli has always been great. They had no issues honoring my warranty and sent out my replacement boat very quickly. Package arrived with no issues.

I was at-risk of purchasing a pack raft this season anyway, but then the surprise sale offered a price I couldn't refuse! The pack raft arrived earlier than anticipated and, while I have yet to inflate it in an environment other than my living room, I can't wait to sail my skiff on the seven seas!
