Tough we intended our 4 nirvana pack-rafts to come to ecuador (and knew we had to do this ourselves), Kokopelli was very effective at delivering them to Miami, everything was shipped without mistakes, the product arrived in excellent condition and timely. We would like to thank Tristan at costumer service for going way beyond his duties to make us extremely happy! His professionalism, and quick response made us want to shop more again from Kokopelli. Cant wait to hit the trails with these!

I’m a little rough on my gear with no regrets. I did my research in the beginning and I love all of my Kokopelli boats & SUP! I reached out to customer service with an issue I experienced with the seats A while back. I wasn’t looking to pursue a warranty claim, just pick up some new ones. Kokopelli took it upon themselves however to replace the seats with an updated model, no questions asked on warranty. I wanted to replace a floor in one of my Recons as a precaution, after having paddled the last 3 seasons with a small hole fixed up with Aquaseal. They sent me an unreleased and updated floor made with Kevlar!!! Idk if that was an accident but I’m probably on of the few out there who could use it! Thanks Kokopelli !!
