AU - Klean Kanteen

We love Klean Kanteen products had one flash for 5 years and its been great. Recently we got one flask with a straw for our son. The bottle leaks from the side when fully closed. This dose not happen when its upright(obviously) but if its sideways water will drip out. I reached out for warranty and they asked to ship it, the cost and hassle of shipping didnt seem worth it. So disappointed. I have ordered a normal flash,lets see how that goes!

We love Kleen Kanteen in our family, however, when we recently bought some new sports caps they have a horrible squeaky noise. I've talked to customer support and tried the tips outlined on their page, but nothing stops the noise. May not bother some, but don't buy these if you want to use them in a quiet setting like at school or office.

While the canteen keeps your drink cool. The lid is sometimes impossible to open and the metal ring at the top fell off after the first week.

Absolutely love my cup! So practical, keeps my drink warm or cold whichever I want! I love it! The straw is pretty awesome too! That said unfortunately the brush that came with the straw is one of a huge blunder! It’s doesn’t fit in the straw at all to clean it. Hope the design of the brush is being improved. Hence I’m giving 3 stars otherwise it would’ve been a 5 out of 5! But overall we like our kleankanteen products. Keep up the good job!

out of the two bottles I ordered one of the leaks after closing. not a good sealing arrangement.
