High delivery cost, cost of bottle top was 10$ and we paid another 10$ for delivery.

I am both very happy and disappointed with my product. The functionality of the product is amazing and I could not have asked for a better size or insulation but unfortunately the paint on the bottle has already begun scratching off which not only makes the product look quite shabby but I also cannot imagine that paint chippings is good for the environment.I would really like to see your company improve the quality of paint on your products as it would make them 10/10.

Amazing at keeping my tea hot for a long long time but tea does spill out of the top. I am looking forward to trying the insulated wide bottle. I could do with a leak proof cap.

Keeps coffee hot. My only criticisms are that cup is quite thick and the lid goes inside the cup so you can't fill it.

Thermos top gets very hot which means it is losing heat. 30 year old thermos brand thermos is still better. I should not have believed the online review of "the ten best thermoses".
