Easy to hire - simple delivery with good communication for advice on delivery timings. Concept I arrived ready to go ! Happy Customer !

Perfect piece of equipment delivered, as I knew what I wanted. However there were a few marks on it and it was just wrapped in some black shrinkwrap, as opposed to being more securely packaged as initially expected. Your earlier message/posts said to keep packaging to return it when done, however this was impossible as it’s shrink wrap and nothing more.

Customer service was excelent and the equipment arrived in good working order. Would recommend.

Good service from Indoor Sports Services, only problem was no notification of delivery date or time window and no link to Bike Manual - both which have been rectified apparently

From the off the hiring of the equipment was swift and simple. Delivery was that prompt we didn't even know it was arriving. Assembly simple and machine arrived serviced and clean. My only gripe is that it doesn't come with phone attachment.
