Good price - we bought 2 catchers mitts. Gloves did not ship for 10 days. I had to follow up 3 times to get it moving and then it was shipped ground. Emails were tended to quickly but there were issues getting the gloves shipped out.

Took a long time to receive items

Product does what it says and came in a timely matter. But the 3 stars are for a defect on the product that ends up chaffing and breaking the bottom cable. Same exact thing happened to my brothers hit away. My broke in 2 weeks but fixed with a bungee rope at the hardware store

Zone in pitching target was not what we expected when we received it. Emailed company and made me feel bad about the fact that it didn't work for us. Emailed again asking about return labels and heard nothing back. $150 to return seems silly, so we will look at other options. Definitely regret ordering from here and would not recommend.

Gloves are very high quality. Unfortunately it took almost 2 months to receive them.
