Communication was fragmented and seemed unappreciated. With so many choices it’s important to actually act like you appreciate the business. I try to avoid Amazon, but it’s getting harder and harder to do.

I placed order and paid in full 1/26/2024 and the customer service rep keeps giving me a different story about shipping tracking number? I have yet to receive my order and tracking number! Asked for a refund and have been ignored!
